I’m Bente ... a certified life coach (Mindvalley) with a deep passion for supporting leaders and teams in reconnecting - with themselves, with each other, and with what truly gives meaning to their work.
My mission is to create spaces where joy, clarity, and alignment can be felt again.
Before I began this path, I spent many years in the international business world - in strategic marketing, sales, business intelligence, and management. I had the opportunity to work with incredible companies, drive growth, develop impactful strategies, and lead dynamic teams. It was an intense and formative time.
But in 2019, a profound personal experience changed everything. It shook me and revealed that my true “why” lay elsewhere.
Since then, I’ve been on a deeper journey:
Today, I support HR professionals and leaders in creating meaningful, holistic experiences for their teams - experiences that integrate body, mind, and heart, strengthen self-awareness, deepen collaboration, and open space for genuine growth.
I’m also deeply passionate about supporting the next generation. Through my project erlebniswiese.de, I aim to encourage young people to discover their own “why,” move through life with curiosity, and explore the world as a playground for growth, connection, and self-discovery.
